I am the Plaintiff identified as Jane Doe No. 4 in this lawsuit 2. Approximately I month ago, I was contacted by my ex-boyfriend, a ara who informed me that private investigators had repeatedly conta cted him and asked personal questions about me, 3. Approximately I month ago,alla told me that he told the investigator to stop calling him and that he did not want to speak with the investigator s. 4. On Monday, August 10, 2009, I received a text message from a that read as follows: "Hey just wanted to tell u that dome just called me again and yesterday. Y do they keep calling I thought it was all over!" 5. To my knowledge, ea has been contacted multiple times by the investigator and always refuses to talk to him He says they contin ue to call despite the fact that he has repeated told the investigator to leave him alone. 6, I am very upset that my ex-boyfriend is being contacted by these investigators and I feel that he is being harassed by the investigator, especially since fl repeatedly told them to stop calling 7. I am worried that Jeffrey Epstein will continue to send investigators to speak with people I know who do not ;mow that I am a Plaint iff in this lawsuit lam concerned that the investigators will continue to ask these people very personal questions about my life and disclose that I am a Plaintiff in a sexual abuse lawsuit again st Jeffrey Epstein. X.R., state as follows: 1. My initials are Y.B. I am the sister of Jane Doc No. 4. 2. On August 8. 2009, two investigators, ono of them whose business card identified him as S. Kevin Black, came to my residence in Port St. Lucie, Florida. 1 answered the door. He said he was there to speak with me about my sister, and had some questions for me. 3. The investigator first asked me If I knew my sister had broug ht a civil lawsuit. I was unaware that she was involved in a civil lawsuit before Mr. Black so informed me. 4. My husband then came to the door, and asked the investigator how he found our address. We were both upset that he knew our address becau se we value privacy and keep our phone number and address unlisted. 5. Mr. Black then stated that he wanted to tell us "what was going on." I informed him that I wanted to speak with my sister first before be said anything further. Mr. Black then left the premises, asking me to call him.
