Sadly, he has no documentation from the 1960s so there isn't proof. However, with the information provided by the Greek and Roman department at the MET, we have enough provenance to be able include the two boys as well as the Herakles in a future sale, as the curator listed them both in an inventory from the early 1990s. So, if and when Mr. Epstein wants to test the auction market, we are good to go.
