Before I proceed, Your Honour, may I please ask you and the court's permission to ask a straightforward legal question, which is merely a simple yes or no answer based on your experience? It's essential to all the Epstein Victims and myself, and I beg you and promise not to be nide or disrespectful to you or the court. Q. If two parties sign a legal agreement that clearly states legal obligations to a client by their attorneys and is repeatedly breached in a court of law, would that contract become Null and Void, especially bearing in mind that the repeated breach has caused tremendous psychological and financial harm to victims of rape and sexual trafficking? If the answer is no or yes, thank you, your Honour. I'll proceed with my final Statement.... if no answer judge stuffed up speech...have to improvise. Respectfully to you and the court, I will address the Epstein victims first. My Darling Epstein Survivors, well, what can I say? It's been a long old fight for all of us, and perhaps our fight for justice, freedom, and liberty is not yet over. But I come before you today to say DON'T BE AFRAID. I share your pain, your anguish, your terror of repeated trauma being exploited time after time, and the uncertainty of not knowing what tomorrow brings for us all. But I say this: it is always Darkest just before dawn, and tomorrow is a new dawn for hope, faith, and the knowledge that love is stronger than any hate or evil. They will never break us; we will walk with our heads held high and with dignity. We will all lead lives of happiness, joy, and love because we won't let them steal our souls even though they stole our bodies. We will NEVER be silenced because then they win. To the lead attorneys David, Sigrid, Brad, and Stan Pottinger, well, well, well, hasn't time been a wonderful friend despite having the misfortune of having not only been represented by you in the past but witnessing the complete and utter devastation and carnage unfold before my eyes. I briefly skimmed over your Objection; however, you have not addressed my main concern about what role Stanley Pottinger (abuser) played in both class actions and the Epstein Victims' lives. Your Honour, Judge Rakoff, PLEASE MAY I ASK if the court has investigated Stanley Pottinger per my request in my Objection? I would also like to refer to the Statement of Client Rights that the class attorneys got all their clients to sign, which included their legal retainer. EFTA00143492 I want to clarify to the class attorneys that you also have a universal contract of obligation as the class attorneys in not one but two class actions where Epstein victims are located globally and not just to your clients. READ THE STATEMENT OF CLIENT RIGHTS, WHICH HAVE ALL BEEN BREACHED BY LEAD ATTORNEYS. You have completely and utterly broken your contract, and I hereby deem this contract null and void. For this reason, I ask your Honour that you and the court in no way, shape, or form compensate David, Sigrid, Brad, and Stanley Pottinger for doing the job they are paid to do. They should not be compensated for merely doing their job. Please, I ask that the court not use financial and starvation methods to punish the Epstein victims and me collectively into compliance and subservience just because it's the more straightforward thing to do.
