2d letter to Little Brown Same address, title Dear Sir or Madam: On December 3, 2015 I authored a letter addressing my concerns regarding a proposed book about my client Jeffrey Epstein that purportedly is being authored by John Connolly. The letter was hand-delivered to your office and has not been responded to. Again, I want to provide you with clear notice that Mr. Epstein has been the past subject of repeated and widespread untruthful, inaccurate, and defamatory media coverage. It would be in reckless disregard for the truth if a book relying in whole or in part on such media coverage were published or if a book relying on biased sources of information became the basis for further prejudicial publicity about Mr. Epstein. We have been told that James Patterson is considered being named as co-author. If this is so, the book is likely to generate an even wider audience even though it will be predicated on Mr. Connolly's investigation and writing.
