TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance of merchandise constitutes compliance with the following terms and conditions.
• All sales are final on delivered and installed merchandise within 7 days of installation, if an exchange or refund is
requested on a professionally installed piece of equipment, a 30% restocking fee is deducted from
refund/exchange amount. Original installation fee is non-refundable and a removal fee equivalent to the original
installation fee is also applied if Fitness Showrooms is performing the removal.
• Exchanges on non-installed, non-delivered merchandise are redeemable for store credit only if returned within
seven (7) days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and unopened.
• All service warranties extend to labor and parts on manufacturer defects only excluding normal wear and tear
and product misuse. Fitness Showrooms reserves the right to suspend and/or void endorsement of the
manufacturer part and labor warranty for a variety of conditions including but not limited to product misuse,
breach or dispute of payment, unauthorized servicers performing repairs/maintenance on equipment etc.
Please refer to your owner's manual for further information on your warranty.
• Special order items are non-cancellable under any circumstances including before and after delivery, as indicated
on the front side of this invoice.
• Customers are responsible to measure the location of the home or facility they are intending to have equipment
installed. Crews will determine any location in home or facility to setup product if desired area is unavailable or
impossible at time of delivery.
• Minor nicks, scuffs, and scratches, to walls and floors during delivery is not the responsibility of Fitness
Showrooms. Customer is responsible to cover delicate surfaces and areas and have ingress/egress clear for
delivery crews.
• I understand professional installation may occur by specialized contractors. Fitness Showrooms is not
responsible for property damages which may occur during installation by a contractor. Claims for damages are
to be brought to contractors directly which Fitness Showrooms will forward the information of.
• In the event of truck failure, installer illness or inclement weather resulting in postponement of professional
installation of your order, please allow up until next business day for rescheduling. We are sorry for this
inconvenience.
• Upon installation of your merchandise, in the unlikely event of an out-of-box service issue, Fitness Showrooms
shall not install a replacement unit under any circumstances. Rather, Fitness Showrooms shall promptly dispatch
a technician to the unit for repair,. If a replacement unit is authorized by Fitness Showrooms, stand installation
fees apply, no exceptions.
