When in NY, he usually will hold breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings...these are typically small gatherings, and many times just one on one...He has a private jet. He travels every week, mostly from his island to NY and back...PB is a few times a year (sometimes he stops there on his way to his island from NY for a night or two)...he goes to the ranch only once or twice a year...and Paris maybe 4 times a year.
