The charges stem from their conduct on the night that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. USAO-SDNY previously indicated that it would seek the Indictment on November 14. For operational reasons, USAO-SDNY now plans to seek the Indictment on November 19, and FBI-NY will conduct the arrests the same day. EFTA00068871
