I.E. at $50,000 a week , PAYABLE TO ME IS $5,000 3. All employees to be property of GAM , ALL SALARIED EMPLOYEES TOBE PAID as a 1099. 4. GAM assumes all Liability, vendors, liquor license, merchandise fees, cc processor etc ... All payables etc 5. PR and MARKETING , I don't think we rush into this I would use our free avenues at the moment and push that out. Keep it lean and mean. 6. Working CAPITAL all vendors would be COD so we don't further bum the relationships I have built over 15 years. Call it 15k a week. 7. I would give you 2 weeks notice if I was to not move forward, but try to help fill the role and possibly stay on in an advisory role. I am sure there's more, but time is off the essence if we want to move forward.
