NM JOB NUMBER: I JOB PHONE: Air Pro Inc. will provide materials and labor for the following work: LODGE • Remove and dispose of the existing 2.5 ton A/C split system (furnace, coil, condenser) • Furnish and install one new 2.5 ton A/C split system with a new Coleman 80% AFUE/single stage furnace with a factory evaporator coil and a Carrier 2.5 ton/14 SEER A/C condenser, furnace model #DGAA090BDTD, condenser model #24AAA530A003 • Set the new condenser in the same location as the existing condenser • Tie into the existing electrical supply at the condenser with all new connections, including a new electrical whip from the existing disconnect switch to the condenser • Tie into and utilize the existing '4" refrigeration line-set • Tie into the existing gas line with all new connections, including a new gas flex and the addition of a sediment trap as required by code • Tie into the existing electrical supply for the furnace with all new connections, including hardwiring the furnace to a switch as required by code • Eliminate the "add-a-wire" accessory and run all new low voltage wiring from the furnace to the condenser and the thermostat • Utilize the existing Nest thermostat • Install all new concentric flue vent piping for the furnace from the furnace through the roof • Use approved vent sealant for the vent installation • Factory supplied natural gas to propane kit to be installed during installation of the furnace • Tie into the existing condensate line with all new connections at the evaporator coil • Complete system check and start-up, including derating the furnace for altitude and setting R410A refrigerant levels to the manufacturers specifications • Permit fees and inspections Sub Total $8,127.72 Tax $640.06 Total $8,767.78 CASITA • Remove and dispose of the existing 1.5 ton Carrier R22 heat pump split system (fan coil and condenser) with electric heat strips • Furnish and install one new Carrier 1.5 ton/14 SEER heat pump split system in the crawl space, fan coil model #FB4CNP018L00, condenser model #25HCE418A003 • Furnish and install new Carrier factory 8KW electric heat strips approved for this model of fan coil • Set the new fan coil in approximately the same location as the existing fan coil EFTA00807678 • Fabricate and install new sheet metal supply air and return air transitions as needed to tie into the existing supply and return air plenums • lie into the existing electrical supply for the fan coil and heat strips with all new connections • Set the condenser in the same location as the existing condenser • lie into the existing electrical supply for the condenser with all new connections, including new electrical whips from the existing disconnect switch to the condenser • Run a new 5/8"x3/8" refrigeration line-set from the condenser to the fan coil on the same path as the existing line-set (the existing system uses R22 refrigerant-this refrigerant is soon to be obsolete and therefore, the new system will use 410A refrigerant-these refrigerants are not compatible with each other and therefore, a new line-set will be ran) • Run all new low voltage control wiring between the thermostat, fan coil and condenser due to existing problems • Install a new condensate pump near the fan coil and run the discharge line along with the line-set, remove and dispose of the old/existing PVC condensate line • Utilize the existing thermostat • Repair the existing 6" supply air duct that currently has a broken adjustable 90° elbow • Complete system check and start-up, including setting R410A refrigerant levels to the manufacturers specifications • Permit fees and inspections Sub Total $7,368.86 Tax $580.30 Total $7,949.16 Notes: *Some supply air ducts will need to be temporarily disconnected in order to remove the old and set the new fan coil •These ducts will be reconnected, resealed and reinsulated after the fan coil is in place We propose hereby to furnish material and labor-complete in accordance with the above specifications. for the sum Dollars Payment to be made as follows: MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT REMAIN PROPERTY OF AIR PRO, INC. UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry lire, tornado, and other necessary insurances.
