He was on the Shitty Media Men List and is looking for leg=l representation. He's not at all dumb or crazy. His pitch letter is b=low. I'd be grateful if you had any ideas I could pass along. (He is c=rrect that Donegan has sold a book proposal.) If =ou're moved to ask around, I'd ask that you please leave my name o=t of it. I hope this finds you very well - <=div> Lorin Here's Elliott's pitch: Dear Lawyer, I was named on The Shitty Media Men =ocument. You've probably heard of it. I was underlined in red for viol=nt sexual assault or rape. There was a notes box in my row stating "m="Itiple rape accusations." I can send you a copy of the list if you ha=en't seen it already. EFTA_R1_01835897 EFTA02624945 All of the accusation in the=Shitty Media Men document are anonymous so the owner of the list, Moira Oo=egan, doesn't even necessarily know who made the accusations. But =he created the list, and published it. She's the one who outlined me i= red, I think (one of 16 entries out of 74) and she's the one who made=the note that there were "multiple" rape accusations. So in some=way she at least edited the entry. I'm reasonably certain the accu=ation of rape against me is malicious. And I don't believe there is an=one out there who believes I actually raped them. For starters, I don'= like sex. I'm kinky and engage in BDSM but only as a submissive cross=resser. I don't enjoy penetrating women. I also have never had sex wit= anyone who works in or is connected to media, in other words, anyone who =ould have had access to that list in the 12 hours it was live online. I 1-=;ve written publicly about my sexuality so I'm not worried about that =spect of my life becoming public. I dated a woman for 2 years once without=ever seeing her naked. The consequences of being on the list have been=profound and I would love to talk to you about it. I can definitely docume=t very real consequences to being named as a rapist on a publicl= available list. I'm interested in discussing whether or not I sho=ld bring suit. I'm concerned in particular because of the one year sta=ute of limitation on defamation suits. So I would have to file fairly soon= I would sue Moira Donegan and Jane Doe, I think, trying to find out t=e names of whoever originally put me on the list. Maybe through a subpoena=to Google as the original spreadsheet was a Google Doc. conversation-id 329839 date-last-viewed 0 date-received 1535734237 flags 8590195713 remote-id 849682 2 EFTA_R1_01835898 EFTA02624946
