UIE HAZE TRUST Designation of Trustee I. The Haze Trust (the "Trust") was created under a trust agreement dated February 9, 1999 between Jeffrey E. Epstein, as Grantor, and Jeffrey E. Epstein, as Trustee (the "Trust Agreement"). 2.
