Good Morning Mr Kahn,
Rock Crusher: It is my understanding that it was deemed unrepairable by the head of
engineering Arran and Brice. It is also my understanding from Emad that he ordered
parts to repair it. The rock crusher was then sold for scrap metal for $1000.00 the person who
purchased it then told Emad he only got $500.00 for it. It was then said to have been repaired on
St. Thomas by someone for $10,000.00 after he repair was made it was sold to Rimco Heavy
Equipment, owned by Filbert Edwards phone numbers are 340 771 1728 or cell number 340 626
6564 I have not seen the crusher but have talked with Neil Edwards 340 690 0714. I explained
that I was doing some work on St John and we were thinking about crushing the rock and using it
rather than haul it off he property. We were suppose to have meant, but I missed him and then
he missed me.l did talk to two of his crew and told them I would like to see the crusher, but they
said it was on a job site.Rumored sale price was, $30,000.00 and the man who repaired it has yet
to be paid.
The yellow Rhino and the Elect Hummer were also labeled not Worth repair or not wanted
and were either given or sold to Manual by Brice or Arran. I don' know if parts were ordered for
them or not , but there are no service parts left in the shop for either.
Two men who used to work in the maintenance shop for Arran work on Arran's boat for two to
three weeks while on LSJ clock. This was the time Arran was living in the Chefs quarters before

he was asked to leave by JE.
You will also fine that John in the Carpenter shop has been doing a lot of work for Arran's
boat on company time in the shop, Hatch and other small projects trim pieces. This is not the
fault of John or any other employee. They are afraid of losing there job. They have seen so
many people pushed out who had Mr Ebstines best interest at hart.
Care Takers Cottage: There has been so much money and time thrown at that building I find
it hard to understand why know one has tried to find out how much it really cost to renovate. A lot
of the cost were put on to other projects so no one would know. And why would you not at least
insulate the west walls before you invested so much in 5 NC systems. Stupid what else can you
say about that??? Towel warmer hard wired in under the NC air handler Da
There is more a lot more , but this already sounds like a disgruntled employee, but I
worked for Mr Ebstine not Brice Karen or Arran and there have been too many former
employee's who have done there best to put Mr Ebstinc's best interest first just to be
pushed out by Brice Karen and Arran. In my eyes they arc nothing more than liars and
thiefs. And the question still begs to be asked Who is doing Who and Who watches?
