Also, Lionel will need to fly direct from Paris (not London) to NY. 3rd June - Morning flight from London — arrive JFK at around midday. Fly to island. 4th June — visit island etc. as you wish 5th June — Fly back to NY in morning and then back to London on evening flight See attached my passport details as requested. Let me know if there is anything else you need? I haven't been to the US recently so will need to complete an ESTA form. As part of this I need to confirm address and contact details for US point of contact and address where staying in US etc. Grateful if you could advise.
