Jeffrey
Thomas the GIV Buyer sent this email to Gary,
Appears he's going to make an offer,
Gary
thank you for setting up the meeting with Larry. He is a first class person and was very helpful. Larry stayed in
the rain last night and spent several hours with me this morning going tip to tail with the aircraft. Please let the
owner know what a great help he was and you as well.
As you mentioned the aircraft is in very good shape and presents itself wonderfully. I feel its a very good
aircraft and would like to work on a price with you to proceed. As I mentioned to Larry I do not like to
negotiate by picking on the airplane simply we just need to come up with a price that can work for the owner
and our budget etc.
With the 36 month and avionics upgrade scheduled, there are a couple of cosmetic items that we would like to
have completed if we proceed. A little bit of cabinet work (which I think is scheduled) and possible LED cabin
lights as they are intermittent. Also a few fuses in the cockpit need to be replaced. I think Larry mentioned they
are around $18 a piece not a big deal but would be nice to replace during the 36 month.
As I mentioned to Larry, we are easy to deal with as the pre-buy has already been completed. A status sheet,
logbook and title review are basically what we need to complete on our end.
I am on Delta know but will call you when I land.
Thanks again,
