Hello Jeffrey, Since I haven't heard any response as of yet on the location of the site that I have proposed, I have proactively continued designing on it. First I have laid out all the plans in a rough preliminary format. On Monday I will give it to my designers to hand draw nicely on black and white with the dimensions etc. It will take probably take about 3 days. What are the chances that we can meet in Europe or Asia. Perhaps Dubai? I would like to do the presentation directly to you instead of just sending partial drawings of the various design elements. At this point in time, we will have only plans and sections, and some image boards, but it will be the right moment to test the design concepts. Please lets us know if there is something can work out? If this is not possible, I would like to coordinate with Lesley, to arrange at your convenience, another meeting in New York in the next 12 days or so. We will be ready to have a very productive meeting and answer all questions. I must say that, after designing, it all comes together and especially the different pools avoiding the Eastern winds. The design is also loaded with many interesting spaces and features. Our working brief so far is: Normal house spaces with very generous areas Arrival Entrance Hall Reception Hall entrance area to direct you to the house Living Room Dinning room Kitchen Breakfast area Below the main bedroom with view to the main infinity pool The main bedroom has two independents ways to get there EFTA00301555 From there you can walk down to the theatre (on a side note we will use the main corner wall to block the Easter winds). I have also designed a third floor for an extra room (perhaps an office library) with access to some cool amenities and a roof terrace with tremendous views and visuals to the house grounds. The other amenities of the Spa will be close to the main infinity pool (same level as the main bedroom connected through a waterfall cascade). I have been using a stylization similar to Frank Lloyd Wright type of Architecture (long wings and flat sun protective roofs with plenty of natural stone walls integrated to the facades to help protect from the eastern winds to have a feel of rustic look and blend with the landscape and water feature nicely. That said, I need to show you all of these visuals at our next presentation to fully give you impact. I also need time to render a view from little saint James to your new house. Like I said before, the helicopter arrival would be around 100 meters from your House Main Entrance. Please let me know when we can meet again for this first presentation. I believe we are finally heading in the right direction for the house, integrating many cool features to enjoy and I feel very motivated to achieve a very pleasant place for you and your Island.
