Need a decision on the dock house railing paint color 2. Tom needs to get architectural drawings and final design for 5 palms. He will be back in this area during your visit and we need some direction there or we will need to stop. 3. Flagpole — sent many pictures with the walls painted — do you still want to raise the gates to hide area all together. 4. Flagpole — do you want a gate on the lattice box — there needs to be access to the back equipment room 5. Flagpole — what landscaping do you want along the lattice wall that faces the road. You originally wanted ficus but please confirm 6. Do you want us to finish the wall to the info center? We are 95% complete 7. Palm tree placement on big hill — the new measurements are - the distance from the wall to the line, is 13'6" which is 8'6" closer to the wall than the last line which was 22 feet from the wall. The "new line" is a line made by Shane the surveyor and myself based on your request to have a line "level with the foundation of the Cabana 4 wall" . Please confirm 8. Gym renovations — need a scope of what you want done here. 9. Flagpole pool — sent you an email on proposed schedule to re-plaster. Dock shelter- all the material for the dock shelter is on island. We need a design to get started. 11. New Helipad — when do you want to do this so I can get it scheduled with Tom. 12.
