TEMPERATURE SCREENING IN PROGRESS FOR VISITORS PURPOSE The FBI uses this screening process to help ensure the safety of the FBI workspace and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. While waiting to be screened, please observe proper physical distancing and stay at least 6 feet from the person in front of you. BEFORE YOUR TEMPERATURE IS TAKEN To be screened, you must be wearing a cloth face covering and must be able to answer "no" to both of these questions: 1. Do I currently have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, repeated shaking from chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or any other flu-like symptoms? 2. In the past 14 days, have I been in close (less than 6 feet) and prolonged (more than 15 minutes) contact with someone with presumptive or confirmed COVID-19 without wearing a face covering or mask? If you answer "yes" to either question, you must not approach the screening area. You are encouraged to contact your FBI POC. TEMPERATURE SCREENING By approaching the screening area, you consent to have your temperature taken. Verbal consent is not required. The screener will use a no-touch, infrared thermometer placed about one inch from your forehead. The temperature reading is not recorded. If your temperature is below 100.4°F (38°C), you can enter the facility. If your temperature is at or above 100.4°F (38°C), you will be denied entry and asked to contact your FBI POC. We appreciate your cooperation with this screening. Cloth face coverings are to be worn in FBI facilities in common areas, including hallways, bathrooms, cafeterias, vending areas, and conference rooms. EFTA00163248
