Jeffrey,
We have had several internal conversations now about the potential additional space you may want to lease at AYH.
Because we do not know whether you actually want any space and if you do want additional space how much you want
or the location of the space you want within the total C1-6 space, it is impossible for us to determine what the "cost" to
AYH of your proposal is. That makes it too complicated for us to fashion a proposal that takes into account all possible
permutations. Accordingly, in an effort to wrap up the settlement discussions we suggest 2 alternative approaches:
1) You tell us what specifically you want of the new space and we then revert with a response that addresses the
specifics of that request. Obviously, we would have to make any agreement re new space subject to the existing
tenant not exercising its option to extend.
2) Alternatively, we can Ignore the additional space issue for now and proceed to document a settlement based on
the other issues.
We are happy to proceed towards trying to wrap this up under either of these approaches.
