What arc the main factors to consider for a Core Banking platform modernisation program 5. What arc the technical directions and decisions to we need to make for deploying a multi-channel digital front-end system 6. What arc the main options to consider when planing the transformation roadmap 7. What arc the IT necessary capabilities to ensure strategic plan implementation success We started the preliminary diagnostic work at the beginning of the year, and intend to have a high-level draft IT Strategy document by April. In this respect, we would appreciate if you could join us for a couple of brainstorming and advice days in Moscow, sometime during the months of March and April. Of course, we will cover all your expenses for the trip and help with visa arrangements. Alternatively, if you can not join us in person we may arrange your presence via a video conference facilities.
