Good afternoon Denise,
Please note that I will be delivering the Thomas World Air, LLC application for the
current Air Center Helicopter space this afternoon along with a check in the amount
of $150.00 for the application fee. It is our understanding that we are first in line for

Mrs. DeJongh:
Please accept my apologies. The letter does say "intent to not renew". VIPA will process
TWA's application and request accordingly. Please contact us regarding to the issue of
application fee before submitting the application for this area.
P.S. — Will this affect any of the pending requests for space?

Good morning Ms. Mills,
Thank you for your reply. This is a bit confusing as the principal of Air Center Helicopter very
clearly indicated that a letter of intent NOT to renew was sent to the VIPA and I don't believe
that we misunderstood him. We will contact him again for further clarification.
I am in transit back to St. Thomas today and will hopefully have this cleared up later today.
With warm regards,
Cecile

Good morning again Mrs. DeJongh:
Please be advised that Air Center Helicopter sent VIPA its notice of renewal
early last week, but due to the Carnival leave, we've only received it this
morning.

Good morning Mrs. De Jongh:
This acknowledges receipt of the request from Thomas World Air, LLC ("TWA")
for future space at the Middle Bay, General Aviation hangar, Cyril E. King
Airport. As you note, the premises is presently under lease to Air Center
Helicopters, Inc. We have not been informed by Air Center of its intentions
regards the space. Nevertheless, your interest and request is duly noted and
will be kept close at hand should the premises become vacant. Unfortunately, I
was not able to open the attachment that accompanied your email, however I
look forward to receipt of the hardcopy.
Sincerely,

Good afternoon Mr. Challenger:
Please find attached a Letter of Interest in a hangar space at the airport
from Thomas World Air, LLC (TWA). This space is currently occupied by
Air Center and it is our understanding that they do not intend to renew
their lease with the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA). I will send a
signed hard copy of this letter to you on Monday, May 9, 2011 and will
also submit a formal application on Tuesday along with the customary
application fee. TWA's interest in leasing this space in no way negates
our current applications being processed at the VIPA.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of this matter and have a
safe and happy carnival.
With warm regards,
Cecile de Jongh
