Petitioners, Jane Doe No. 1 and Jane Doe No. 2, by and through their undersigned
counsel, and respondent United States of America, by and through the undersigned
Assistant U.S. Attorney, file their Stipulation for Dismissal, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.
41(a)(1)(A)(ii), and state:
1. The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement which has resolved
all issues in this case.
2. This case should be dismissed with prejudice, with all parties bearing their
own costs, fees, and expenses incurred in maintaining this case.
3. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement

entered into by the parties.
