Keep in mind that I count Sunday to Sunday. Not everyone updates their key each day which is how we track the showings and why we have a 2 day delay. There are currently 5 other rentals available in New Canaan that are within the same price range as yours. If we don't increase traffic in the next 2 weeks I will recommend lowering the price by a few hundred.
