The 1st wave will be immediately after he is arrested, 2 agents will approach co-conspirators with subpoenas. The 2nd wave will be a few days later and approximately 6 to 8 agents to conduct knock and talk interviews of victims. Miami has been briefed, SDNY does not want to use any agents from Miami in order to keep this investigation separate from the one in Miami from 2008.
