If the temperature is at or above 100.4°F, the guest will be denied entry. o Masks and social distancing: All meeting participants must wear face coverings throughout the meeting and at all times while in the FBI building, and to maintain a minimum distance of six feet from other meeting participants. The meeting space will be set up to maintain social distancing with a minimum distance of six feet between participants. • No devices: Pursuant to FBI policy, cellular devices, cameras, and any electronic communications devices will not be allowed in the building. Please leave your devices in your vehicle or at the hotel in a secure place. Important information about content of meeting: • Focus of meeting: The information to be shared by the Department of Justice focuses on federal prosecutors involved in the Southern District of Florida prosecution from 2006 to 2008. It is not focused on federal agents or on state prosecutors and state law enforcement officials. • Public information: Please be aware that similar information will be provided to Congress shortly after the meeting. Therefore, we would like you to be aware that there may an increase in media attention in the days that follow this meeting. • No information on ongoing investigations and prosecutions. Ground transportation will be reimbursed with receipts. Please keep all receipts.
