From: Subject: Epstein Briefing Date: Sun, 20 Oct 2019 16:28:26 +0000 Importance: Normal Hi This is the first time that I've heard about this press event. I've asked to inquire on a few things and I'll get back to you about the SATO ticket. Program Manager FBI Victim Services Division =M. Apparently she and several of the other victims will be having a press event of their own on Thursday. I don't know the details but I imagine that you all are aware of this anyway. Based on this second event, and under the impression that the government's return flight was to be on Thursday or not at all, she has purchased a plane ticket of her own so that she can return Friday. (Her Thursday night lodging is being paid for with other than Bureau monies obviously.) Based on the above, I wanted to clarify a few matters. Are victims required to travel home from NY on Thursday if they utilize our funding? I am assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that if the victim wanted to travel home a day later that would be fine, as long as they understood that all other expenses, like lodging, would not be covered by the government. If myation is correct, I would like to contact Sato and have them rebook her return flight for Friday, and have ME cancel her out of pocket ticket. If my assumption of flexible return dates is incorrect, it still seems prudent to contact Sato so that her return flight is cancelled and the government does not pay for a flight that will go unused. Can you clarify matters for me? Many thanks. EFTA01650354 Ella Ph.D. FBI Seattle Division Bellingham Resident Agency mobile EFTA01650355
