A couple of grammatical nits but probably not worth correcting them. But here they are in case.
Both nits are in the Letter of Reason for Invitation for each of the girls. The two nits are:
in paragraph (1) in the clause that starts on the second line midway on the line with "Interested in launching in
Japan as well and bringing Japanese startups to the US." To make it correct, I would change "as well and" to "as
well as".
In paragraph (2) in the third line down in the paragraph starting with "the visa applicant's company has been
seeking for collaboration on investments in startups in Japan." I would change "seeking for collaboration" to
"seeking collaboration".
Nothing else jumped out at me.
I am revising the letters and will send them to you separately.
Thanks.

Hi Lesley,
Please find the attached zip file for all the word files for individual applications and the PDF copies of the one
application for three.
I have put all the word/excel/PDF documents, related to the visa applications that I have worked on this time.
Please check the new word/excel documents (on and files) that I have just created
for individual applications and let me know if you find any problem by tomorrow afternoon in Japan time.
The person in charge of Loftwork seals will be at the office tomorrow. I hope I can get seals on the new
documents.
If we miss tomorrow's afternoon, you need to wait until next Wednesday.
Also, Japan will be on an national holiday week, Golden Week, on April 29-May 6.
I am not sure about the Consul General offices in US but they might take holidays, too.

Btw, we don't need to use your Fedex number, since we have ours.
However, Fedex or UPS here are not so good service as US. We need to ask them to send a person to pick up
the package at our office in the morning and the person can show up anytime until 6pm. We can't tell what
time that person shows up for pick up. In case we miss it, we need to reorder the pick up on the next day.
Very inconvenient.
That's why I would like to do one shipping for all the documents to save my time. ;-)
If we can get all the documents ready within next week, it is fine to send all the documents on one shipping,
right?
Thank you for your understanding.
Mika
