Presiding Judge Hadassi-Herman and Clerk of the Court Rahamim Asher refuse to present a copy of the latter's appointment record. [4] According to a ruling of the Israeli courts, a court which operates with no lawful Office of the Clerk, is an incompetent court. ii. Judge Pradelsky's decisions in this court file are not duly served and they lack authentication by the Clerk of the Court. iii. The May 26, 2014 Protocol and Decision by Judge Pardelsky, regarding conduct of a criminal prosecution, including admission of evidence with no witnesses, is highly suspect as a perverted court record, and the Clerk of the Court refuses to provide Defendant Rotem a copy of it, certified "True Copy of the Original". Attorneys Neil Simon, Itzik Sadeh, and Yossi Sakah appeared as purported outside Public Defenders for Defendant Rotem in this case without filing Certificates of Counsel, with no statements on the record regarding their standing, if any, as Counsel for Defendant, without filing their Appointment Records by the office of District Public Defender, if any exist, and without due actions on appointments and replacements of Public Defenders in a criminal prosecution by Judge Yael Pradelsky, as prescribed by law. v. The evidence shows that _Pro Tem_ Tel-Aviv District Public Defender Elkana Leist and National Public Defender Yoav Sapir collude in conduct of Judge Yael Pradelsky and the purported outside Public Defenders, named above. Therefore, your refusal to initiate any corrective actions in this matter is worrisome. [6-8] אינני צד לעתירה זאת, גם כן. אולם בכתבים שהגשתי בעתירה זאת כדין, ובהחלטותיך לגבי כתבים אלה בתיק העתירה הנ"ל, מתועדת התנהלות הדומה בעיקרה להתנהלותה של השופטת יעל פרדלסקי בתיק שבנידון. יתרה מכך, שני המקרים נובעים מהתנהלותן שלא כדין של רשויות אכיפת החוק של מדינת ישראל: * התנהלות בית המשפט השלום, ת"א, בהליך הפלילי נגד רותם קשורה לנסיונות לחפות על ראיות למכביר לפשיעה מאורגנת ברשות המסים ונקמנות נגד חושף שחיתויות ברשות המסים באמצעות בתי המשפט של מדינת ישראל. * התנהלות בג"ץ בעתירת אשכנזי ו-76 אחרים קשורה לנסיונות לחפות על ראיות למכביר להונאות בקנה מידה נרחב ופשיעה מאורגנת על החייבים על ידי שיתוף פעולה של בנקים, חברות גדולות, עורכי דינם,רשמים, ובכירים ברשות האכיפה והגבייה באמצעות לשכות ההוצאה לפועל ובתי המשפט של מדינת ישראל. בכללן, הראיות מצביעות על כך, שמורשת כהונתך כנשיא בית המשפט העליון (2012-2015) היא מיזוגם המלא של בתי המשפט של מדינת ישראל כחלק ממה שמוגדר בקרימינולוגיה "פשע מאורגן מדינתי" -
