I wont have to pay a taxable gain as my home renovation was enough to write that all off.
Yes the home sale would be enough, but that won't happen by next Tuesday the 15th.
Amy Chen sent a cash flow, but I'm working on what my monthly nut would be not being a homeowner, as it

As I mentioned in my past email, earnings that I can count on are Bones fee $ 635,326.22, Enchanted

how much are you asking for, what are you total libilitys tax liens. mort seconds. payables etc. if you have
1 million profit from house. doesn't that make it?
