Jeffrey Roy Biography Jeffrey Roy is the Senior Portfolio Manager of Pridemark Management, responsible for the sourcing, R&D and implementation of the fund manager's portfolio of return strategies. Mr. Roy brings 20 years of asset management and trading experience with a particular focus on quantitative strategy development, implementation and execution to Pridemark Management. Prior to joining Pridemark Management Mr. Roy served as the Senior Portfolio Manager of Pardo Capital, responsible for the R&D, management and implementation of the CIA's portfolio of systematic strategies. In addition to his PM duties, Mr. Roy played an active role in the management of the CTA business and of its client and service provider relationships. Prior to rejoining Pardo Capital in 2010, Mr. Roy was a managing member of, and served as Chief Operating Officer for, The Roy Funds, LLC, a CTA asset management company utilizing short term quantitative strategies on stock index futures. Since 1995, Mr. Roy has served the asset management and brokerage spaces as an independent contractor and consultant to trading firms, brokerages and banks. Projects have ranged from trading strategy development, vetting and testing to the construction and management of the trading infrastructure and teams to implement such strategies. Direct and collaborative consulting engagements have included clients such as Alaron Trading, Sakura Delsher, ScotiaBank and Transmarket Group. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Roy served as a quantitative research analyst for Pardo Capital where he assisted in the research and development of a portfolio of systematic futures strategies. Pardo Capital's consulting clients included Daiwa Securities Americas, Goldman Sachs and TransWorld Oil. Mr. Roy graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1994 with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics and Statistics. EFTA00590198
