Sorry I didn't respond to this earlier...I didn't see your last email.
Tina told me that they did not want to counter the $6.250 because they felt it was still
too far apart. I think the initial bid of $6mm was just too low for them. This
could be a very stubborn seller that will keep this property on the market for a
long time.
It was over priced at $11mm so the $500,000 price reduction was necessary. I'm
guessing that they want $9mm for this property or maybe even mid $8's.
I will keep a close eye for any price adjustments and I'll stay in touch with the agent with
regard to any other showings or buyers.

On a different subject, a nice 3 bedroom came on the market today at PB Towers
(Richard Steinberg's building). I think you and Lisa wanted to move away from
that building but just in case, I'll send to you.
