I am glad to have spent time with him--we toured his island and then his resort. I left at midnight after dinner. This said, I am not optimistic we will end up working together. My interest is in jointly acquiring Bollore and then using that platform to fill in major gaps such as Nigeria, but I sense that Sultan undervalues my ability to navigate Africa relative to his history of flying in and meeting heads of state.
