Hi Larry=br>
I am not quite clear on the meaning of this=email. My response assumes the idea is for the seller to
allow the buyer to=select the interior redesign he wants, with the seller assuming all a=sociated costs including the
FANS 1A . The FANS 1A is not due for several y=ars, so at this point it is considered a value-added item, just as it
would=be on your G-IV if it had been done. The logical time to do it us dur=ng refurb.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the=only savings I see this bringing JEGE LLC are the holding costs during the
r=furb which I understood would be undertaken with any aircraft.
This scenario could not work for several reasons=
1. The owner has come down so low on price be=ause he wants out of the aircraft as soon as the C
inspection is signed off=
2. It does not make sense for the owner to pa= for and allow a 3rd party to have control over changes
to the aircra=t, including the cost for same, until title had passed. W=at if the 3rd party wanted to refit the aircraft in
purple and orange or ma=e modifications halfway through the refurb that would significantly extend t=e timeline or
price? Not to mention that the owner designed the curre=t interior and likes it.
We now kno= the fuel mitigation mod would cost $195k and take 3 days. If w= are t to consider
switching horses, we need to know what your offer would b= inspection but otherwise as is. If not, I thinks its best to
just pu= the idea aside, don't you?

Wendy,
I estimate a=prox $10M and a wait of between 9-12 months to get the BBJ2 "N*=9D registered and
flying.
interior, fuel mitig=tion, Paint, avionics / FANS1A etc.
I assume y=u agree, I would prefer to pay you for a finished plane and we would pay th= $10M
additional over todays price to your seller but he would be responsib=e for the work to bring it to certification, .
thoughts? <=span>
Thx
Larry / Mr E.
