My name is Lou O'Neill and I worked on the Obama campaign in six states over the course of a year, culminating in Virginia, where as Assistant to the State Leadership, I helped orchestrate our victory there. I was also an active member of the Obama Russia/Eurasia policy team during the campaign. Before joining the campaign, I was OSCE Ambassador and Head of Mission to Moldova, where I ran a 60- person, three-office diplomatic effort to resolve the Transnistrian conflict. I was also Secretary of State Colin Powell's White House Fellow and subsequently worked on the Policy Planning Staff at State.
