Most of the technical buttons have already been pushed , but what is needed is a mood changer not a rate or rcg change .If it were a football game , I would tell you the crowd is no longer fully behind your team, though many are wearing your school sweatshirts . The grass has been changed, the football repressurized , the lights are brighter and the drink prices are lower. however the points needed to win are still only a wish, You need to change the quarterback, score a couple of fast goals , and the mood cfould change quickly, You need to provide hope . A change in the economic leadership , accompanied by a change in rhetoric and small victories would I beleive once again get the crowd excited. , BTW , I dont watch sports.
