ADAMS; SHAHADA HARRIS - VICTIM; METROPOLITAN CORRECTIONAL CENTER (MCC); COLOR OF LAW; SA C/A MICHAEL LEVER, C/A SA ELLIOT McGinnis: On 09/25/2020, it is expected ROBERT ADAMS (282B-NY-3156749) will be arrested by Squad C-2 bribery on blackmail charges. On 08/14/2019, SHAHADA HARRIS (HARRIS) entered the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) while in possession of multiple forms of contraband. The contraband in HARRIS' possession was discovered by Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Officer J. AASSIDDAA (AASSIDDAA) who instructed HARRIS to forfeit the contraband. HARRIS provided AASSIDDAA with three bundles wrapped in electric tape; one bag concealing a cell phone, one plastic bag containing a brown, leafy substance, and bags containing a green leafy substance, pills, and rolling papers. HARRIS indicated that she [HARRIS] was instructed to give these items to inmate KEITH OUTLAW (OUTLAW). HARRIS was interviewed by FBI, Federal Protective Service (FPS), and Office of Inspector General (OIG) Agents. During this interview, HARRIS indicated that on a prior occasion, she [HARRIS] similarly attempted to enter MCC with contraband to provide to OUTLAW. However, in the process of entering MCC, the contraband was discovered by BOP Correctional Officer (CO) ROBERT C. ADAMS (ADAMS). Upon discovery, CO ADAMS told HARRIS that he [CO ADAMS] would not report HARRIS if HARRIS agreed to meet ADAMS at a hotel to engage in sex, which HARRIS did. ADAMS was a guard on duty the night of Jeffrey Epstein's suicide at MCC.
