I have rung Barclaycard again and they have said that when you receive your statement you have to write the following on your statement

charges. You then need to send it signed to Barclaycard Dept KC, Freepost Mid 23472, Northampton, NN4 I LA. The charges were all
from Western Air. I am going skiing tomorrow and will be back on Saturday 5th -I will be on my mobile - please let me know asap what
your plans are so that I can sort out getting the house organised - I can go to London on the 6th to set up the house but just need to know so
I can plan - hair still looking fab - tons of love katiexxxxx
