And I have an additional concern about the veracity of the facts: whatever is left of it, as I am still not an American citizen, will be subjected to taxes and since this IRA is being considered as the only estate Noam has, wouldn't all the expenses and taxes have to be paid from it, possibly bringing it to zero or worse, to negative, therefore whatever asset we would have out of this (such as our new house, under a mortgage), could be requested to pay debts? Just trying to understand the situation as we have been kept in dark by lawyers and accountants. It seems they have declared Noam as incompetent and incapable and are making all the decisions under someone's else guidance. Yes, we are still in Cambridge.
