Chris cannot afford his current apartment so he will be moving out October 1st.
Chris tells Daphne he will be finding new housing however i am unsure if that is
true as his wife has will be returning to Florida.
I have attached our original terms with Chris which stated we would pay 1st
month rent and put up money for security deposit and last month rent.
My understanding from Daphne is that the last month rent is being used by Chris
for September 2013 and security deposit is being used for damages / penalty to
break his lease.
Chris is still asking Daphne why he is still a contractor and not a full time
employee.
Please advise on how we should handle potential monies due us (2,900 sec
deposit and 2,900 last month rent)

Greetings Mr. Epstein,
I called Chris and told him that I received a "strange" phone call from Sharon
Hupprich yesterday and this morning regarding him breaking his
lease and leaving at the end of the month.
He said that was correct. I asked him what was going on and if he was leaving us.
He said he is leaving the present rental because he cannot afford it.
Mary will probably return to Florida at some point.
He will stick it out and see how it goes with the new guy.
He said his realtor advised him NOT to speak to Sharon Hupprich.
You paid on Chris' behalf,
First month's rent pro-rated 4/22/13-5/31/13 $ 3,673.34
Last Month's rent 2,900.00
Security/Damage Deposit 2.900.00

I just received a third phone call from Sharon informing us that we will not get any
money back. It has been "liquidated".
