Mr. Larry Visosky
JEGE, LLC
Proposal ER013007
Gulfstream IV, Serial No. 1085, Registration No. N423TT
Dear Larry,
The enclosed proposal reflects the various conversations and correspondence with both you and Jeffrey.
including our meeting in Manhattan.
I believe that this proposal will require revision dependent upon Jeffrey's final decisions, but should
provide a solid foundation for the desired work scope.
In Jeffrey's last e-mail he described the wood as "bland and somewhat vulgar". I have ideas to perhaps
"minimize' the wood in the main cabin using leather with a stitching. This detail will also help in creating a
minimal and elegant style.
Additionally. I have bids for the exterior paint that run between $145,000 - $210,000 (dependent upon
options) from well qualified companies that all have a lot of Gulfstream experience.
Ideally, I suggest a meeting on board the aircraft. If this is not possible, then I suggest a meeting with
Jeffrey that I anticipate will last 1.5 hrs to review desired details and a further definition of the work scope
so that we may finalize an agreement.
We look forward to being of service to you by providing extraordinary personal service and quality
workmanship at an exceptional value.
If you have any questions regarding this proposal, please do not hesitate to call me
Sincerely,
Eric H. Roth
