In regards to incidents mentioned in the attached that involved CBPAS Timothy ROUTCH (Badge #
CAS03223 / HashiD # CZACMME) and Mr. Jeffrey Epstein, the incidents were reported to have taken place
during the seven year assignment that CBPAS ROUTCH worked in the Pre-Clearance St. Thomas (USVI)
location.
There have been no encounters between CBPAS ROUTCH and Mr. Epstein in the port of Charleston, S.C. of
which we are aware.
(CBPAS ROUTCH worked in USVI from 2008-2016. He reported to the port of Charleston approximately
February 21, 2016)
