I did. She was driving and her phone was cutting out. I just sent her ailing explaining how this all
intersects and told her to hold off about making anymore contact with so as to try to keep criminal vs. civil
cases as separate as possible.

I just talked with She said had identified as a victim and per procedure, she made an initial
contact introducing erself and sent a follow up letter. She said said that since he was out of county, she
sometimes will drop by and introduce herself in person. She had mentioned to that she would be in Ft.
Lauderdale this week and would stop by to introduce herself.
