Name Biographical Summary Geoffrey M. Lewis Mr. Lewis will serve as our Chief Financial Officer, Measurer and a director. Mr. Lewis has served as our Treasurer and a director since our inception in 2009. Mr. Lewis is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, Mr. Lewis is Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Optima Fund Management LLC, a multi-disciplined hedge fund management firm that is SEC-registered and has assets under management of S4 billion, which he joined in 1989 and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, tax, operations and compliance. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Lewis was Senior Audit Manager at Spicer & Oppenheim, a public accounting firm. From 1981 to 1986. Mr. Lewiswas a Partner at Fisher Hoffman Stride, among the ten largest auditing firms in South Africa at the time. He is the most recent President and current iteasurer of Jewish Family Service of Bergen and North Hudson, a Trustee of Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County and a former President and Board Member of the Northern New Jersey/Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Mr. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Accounting, with distinction, from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Lindsey B. Sichel Ms. Sichel will serve as our Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. Ms. Sichel has served as our Senior Agricultural Analyst since 2012 and has served with us since our inception in 2009. In addition, she is a Vice President in the Risk Management Group of Optima Fund Management LLC, a multi-disciplined hedge fund management firm that is SEC-registered and has assets under management of S4 billion, which she joined in 2005. Prior to joining Optima Fund Management LLC, she was a Finance and Operations Associate at D. E. Shaw & Co.. LP., an investment and technology development company. Before joining D. E. Shaw & Co. LP., Ms. Sichel worked at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association— College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA—CREF), where she obtained her Series 6 & 63 Licenses. Ms. Sichel serves on the board of directors of Thru My Eyes, a non-profit organization. Shc received her B.A. in English from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences, with Distinction in All Subjects.
