THe most difficult part of my new currency is taxes. Howver, if we limit its participants to gov'ts ,and charities. they do not pay tax. *80% of the problems dissappear. We could start a CCU.. a charitable currency unit. Like special drawing right s for the poor. Keynes could not have envisioned electronic transfer of funds.
