I reviewed Dave's work days from 2008 thru 2010 pre your request, According to the Hyperion flight logs I have
confirmed the following:
Gil
2008 Dave flew on 41 trips from Jan 1st, 2008 thru June 11, 2008 after June 11th, 2008 thru Dec 31st, 2008 he
only flew 3 days for the rest of the year,.

2009 flew 6 days on Gulfstream,

2010 few 62 days which where day trips to STT and NYC,.

Boeing 727
2008 two days flying, only 1 hour test flights
2009 three days of flying
2010 three days flying
