Subject Re: Belarus Visa
Hi Lesley,
In regards to the application questions that you have: it would be the same as the previous
application we have done, only the dates of stay in Belarus are from May 3rd till May 8th 2016,
you can put any commercial flight itinerary that you see available for these dates, as the embassy
does not require a flight reservation (looks like last time we put Austrian airlines flights). He has
not been to Belarus yet. His previous visas should be in his passport at 7Ist Street, I think he had
3 or 4 of them already, all unused.
Thank you!

HI Karyna,..thank you very much for your help. I'm sure can help out with the
embassy appointment tomorrow. Might you have a saved copy of his past Belarus
visa? If so, could you send to me? If not...
-17. What type of visa? Transit? short term? or long term?
-18. Number of entries? single? double? multiple?
-19. Term of visa validity? I need the "from" and "until" dates please.. and how many
days...
-20. Name of inviting person?: Karyna Shuliak
-21. Address of invitin erson? :
email address:
my mother's cell
my Miter's cell
-22. Do we need to get him a hotel stay? or use your parents address for his address of
stay in Belarus? If we get him a hotel stay I can do today...just tell me what hotel
to book!
-23. Detailed explanation of a purpose of visit? "To visit close friends"? (is that a good
answer?)
-24. Has JE ever been to Belarus? I believe this is still "no"? I think he has applied for
visas but never gone still?
-29. Means of transport for entrance to Belarus?: is that JE's own plane and tail #?
-30. Itinerary?: what to type in here?
I see your next email to me that you will provide a letter of invitation...sounds good!
I am in NJ all day for a LAX tournament but will have my phone with me of course.
Hope you anc=arc having a good trip!

Hi Lesley,
FYI: I am in Europe right now and coming back on the 27th, therefore someone
else will have to go to the embassy. The process is quite easy, the only
difference this time is that you need to get an invitation from a
belarusian travel agency, instead of a private invitation (which I did
before), the website has references for the agencies when you click on
the link. Everything else is the same. Below I attached the link with all
required documents. Please pay expedited fee, this way it should be
ready in 1-2 business days. they only accept money orders or cashier's
checks, no cash or personal checks. If you have any questions, please
call me.

Thank you!
