duty time is listed as 16 hours, with 8 hours ofrest,. this is the max time FAA would allow since we are 125,. same as
any international airline carrier,. ifflight is longer than 8 hours, they bring reliefcrew that stay in crew rest area.
DUTY TIME LIMITATIONS
Each flight crew member must be relieved from all duty for at least 8 consecutive hours during any
24-hour period, or as specified in the Operations Specifications, or when operating "non-revenue
generating" flights under FAR Part 91. When operating such non-revenue generating flights, the
Operations Office will notify the Captain. In turn, he will make an appropriate notation on the
Flight Release form and the JEGE, Inc. form for that flight. When a flight is operated under Part 91
or Part 125, all duty time will be considered when providing a rest period before any other flight
assignments.
a) Duty time means the time a crew member is to arrive at the Company flight office or flight
line for a flight and terminates when he departs from the flight line or flight office at the

b) Flight time means the time an aircraft starts to move under its own power for the purpose
of flight until it comes to rest at the next point of landing. This is also considered "Block
to Block" time.
