DUTY TIME LIMITATIONS Each flight crew member must be relieved from all duty for at least 8 consecutive hours during any 24-hour period, or as specified in the Operations Specifications, or when operating "non-revenue generating" flights under FAR Part 91. When operating such non-revenue generating flights, the Operations Office will notify the Captain. In turn, he will make an appropriate notation on the Flight Release form and the JEGE, Inc. form for that flight.
