Jeffrey,
I reviewed the layout and comments from our 4/=4 conference call with Tom. Attached are two options for the living
=oom layout. We will model this in 3D for your review, but I want to address the location before we do that.
Option H2-1 is our recommended layout.
The pool has been relocated based on the survey.
The living room is centered on the pool.
* There is not enough room between the living room and pool for =he floating square stair, so added a stair
connecting that area down to th= north terraces.
• To avoid having a "canyon" between the living room=and office, we added a restroom below the west planter.
We also adde= a storage room below the planter on the east side.
Option H2-2 is just to show the impact of we a=d the floating stair. It puts the living room 8'-10' off=center from the
pool.
Please let us know if you have a preference, a=d we will complete the 3d model of this area (will take about 1day once
w= have a direction).
Thanks,
Warwick
