No provision of this Agreement can be waived or modified unless in writing signed by a representative of the
Residence. The Residence does not waive any provisions set forth in this Agreement and those other documents,
including the House Rules, and "Information for Our Residents', hereby incorporated in and made a part of this
Agreement (which the Resident acknowledges having fully read and understood), by its failure to enforce them.
This Agreement is a license and not a lease, and no leasehold or tenancy is intended to be or shall be created by
it.
Former Residents' property unclaimed for 30 days shall be deemed to have been contributed to The
Salvation Army.

Should the Resident die while in residence, the Residence will issue a 30 days written notice termina
