Jeffrey
Thomas the GIV Buyer sent this e=ail to Gary, Appears he's going to make an offer,
Gary
thank you for se=ting up the meeting with Larry. He is a first class person and was very hel=ful. Larry stayed in
the rain last night and spent several hours with me th=s morning going tip to tail with the aircraft. Please let the owner
know wh=t a great help he was and you as well.
As you mentioned the ai=craft is in very good shape and presents itself wonderfully. I feel its a v=ry good aircraft
and would like to work on a price with you to proceed. As l=mentioned to Larry I do not like to negotiate by picking on
the airplane si=ply we just need to come up with a price that can work for the owner and ou= budget etc.
With the 36 month and avionics upgrade scheduled,=there are a couple of cosmetic items that we would like to
have completed i= we proceed. A little bit of cabinet work (which I think is scheduled) and p=ssible LED cabin lights as
they are intermittent. Also a few fuses in the c=ckpit need to be replaced. I think Larry mentioned they are around $18 a
pi=ce not a big deal but would be nice to replace during the 36 month.
As I mentioned to Larry, we are easy to deal with as the pre-buy has a=ready been completed. A status sheet,
logbook and title review are ba=ically what we need to complete on our end.
I am on Delta know=but will call you when I land.
Thanks again,
