We are so sad to know that Chef Simon =ove along, but also happy to welcome the new Chef.
For my family trip is =nly my husband kids and my Friends from my first family trip.
Their family is vegan but they eat fish and shrimp. Mark my =usband friends only drinks Almond milk.
My kids =at everything so Do I. Just Allergic to Eggplant and Im particularly =ot a fan of very fishy things.
No Salmon for me or =ish eggs for sure.
Second part of the trip, no allergies.
I =ove salads, tabule, hummus, taziki, snack sandwiches, healthy juices in =he morning. I am a meat lover, Love a good
fish, lobster, pastas, thai =ood, I mean I love food!!!
Fresh bread, yogurt, =uinoa salads, No lamb for me. Love Gazpacho, great grilled steak, light =essert too. Im easy I think.

Apologies for not =esponding sooner, Tatich has been having a good time & has been =eeping us all busy
(Saint Martin - Anguilla - St. =art's)
Your suggested itinerary sounds perfect & is almost =dentical the itinerary I was planning to propose
If the weather is good, =he children will enjoy the beach & water sports from the anchorage =t Orient
Bay, Saint Martin.
We can also plan a =each day for the children whilst anchored near the island of Tintamare, =aint
Martin.
It=may be possible to leave early morning from the port in St. Bart's =4/09 & still catch the flight from
Saint Martin at 2:00 pm but we =ill be very rushed

Hi David!
We are so excited to =ee you on the 2nd! I suggest that we stay in St Marteen (in several
of =he beautiful hidden spots) from the 2nd to the 5th (3 nights). Then we =hould leave to St Barth on the 5th and stay
there until the 9th (4 =ights). Please make sure to stay on Friday night in St Barth (so we can =o out our last night) and
we can head back to St Marteen very early on =he 9th.
For the 2nd leg of my trip, we can =o something similar, or add 1 night in Anguila instead
of St Marteen, I =lso want to try to be there on wednesday night to have wed, thursday =nd Friday same deal to be back
early morning on the 16th. LKm if this =s possible.
This way we can =rrange dock for St Barths!
Regarding wine and drinks, can you tell me how =uch we have left over from last year?
We can then decide if we need to =uy more and the contact to order and where should it be deliver.
Finally, please send me the amount of crew =embers (including gender) as we have a
little surprise for everyone.
